HarriettAfter our home inspection was complete, we knew it was only a matter of time before we got the call to welcome a basset hound into our home. Who would have thought we would have adopted two!! Herbie and Harriet have filled our hearts with unconditional love and our house with plenty of excitement. We adopted them exactly on their 19th month birthday. It took them both a while to adjust, but coming to visit, you would never know they were just recently made a part of our family. It they're not playing with each other, chewing their rawhide bone or sleeping, they are constantly by your side wanting full attention. They both can have you petting them 24 hours a day!! We recommend to everyone who is ready to provide a good home, adopt a basset hound. Everyday will be a good one! |
