Penny:

Penny is a 5 month old puppy! Penny's foster home hasn't had a basset puppy in awhile but if they were all like her, then there wouldn't be a need for ABC! She is quite sassy and loves to play with her best buddy Tobi (the basset in her foster home) She is picking up the housebreaking quite well but is slowly learning to like her crate. She loves to be outside and has an all around great personality.
