Charlie

Charlie is an energetic two year old victim of Hurricane Irene. His family had to give him up when they lost their home and were unable to take him with them.   He is a sweet guy that loves people and other dogs.  He is quite the lap dog and loves to snuggle.  He is really well mannered but does get a little excited and will jump up when new people are around.  He was a well loved dog and it shows in his personality.  He is quite the watch dog for his new foster family.  He is housebroken and crate trained.  As you can see from his picture he is a handsome guy and from his video you can see what a little helper he can be when mowing the yard.  Won't you consider this adorable basset for your home?

Watch a video of Charlie helping his foster dad cut the grass here.

My virtual foster family is Garry McGivern, Cohoes, NY

If you can't adopt or foster right now, you can still help a homeless basset in need by being a Virtual Foster Home.
